EPYK WARRANTY POLICY

At EPYK, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality products and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Below, we detail our warranty policies by product type.

Pickleball Paddles

We offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects on our pickleball paddles. If your paddle develops a manufacturing defect during this period, we are committed to correcting it.

Not covered by warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear due to use.
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence or abuse.
  • Modifications made by the user.
  • Natural decomposition or discoloration of graphics after prolonged use.

Claims process:

  1. Contact us by phone, email, or fill out the form on our website.
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Data of the purchased product.
    • Description of the defect.
    • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
    • Photographs of the defect.

EPYK will cover shipping costs for approved claims.

Pickleball Balls

Due to the intense nature of the game, pickleball balls are not covered under product warranty .

Clothing and Accessories

EPYK accessories are covered by a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of original purchase. A copy of the invoice is required to qualify for the warranty.

Not covered by warranty:

  • Natural wear and tear due to use.
  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence.

EPYK RETURN POLICY

At EPYK, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 14-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE from the date of receipt of your order. The amount paid will be refunded within 14 days of withdrawal, following the criteria detailed below:

  1. Conditions for return:
    • Returns of products that have been used will not be accepted.
    • Items must be in perfect condition, unused, and must retain their original packaging and seals.
    • Return shipping will be the customer's responsibility. Returns will be sent to our facilities, postage prepaid, to the address provided below. Returns with postage due will not be accepted.
  1. Return procedure:
    • All returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Service Center. To do so, you must contact us to obtain a return code .
    • Once we have received and verified the condition of the returned items, we will refund the corresponding amount as follows:
  1. Refunds: 1. If you paid the initial shipping costs and you return the entire order, the full amount of the order will be refunded, excluding the initial shipping costs.

3.2. If the initial shipping costs were free and you return the entire order, the amount paid will be refunded, excluding any applicable shipping costs.

3.3. If the return is partial, the amount corresponding to the returned items will be refunded, following the same criteria as in the previous points.

  1. Refund Period: If your return is approved, the amount will be refunded by bank transfer to the account you provide, or it may be exchanged for another available product upon request. The refund or exchange will be processed within 14 days of processing the return. If there are price differences between the returned item and the new one, they will be adjusted through compensation.
  2. Return Address: All returns must be sent to the following address:

  1. Required documentation: It is essential to include a copy of the invoice or purchase order number in the return package, along with the return reference number we will provide when you contact the Customer Service Center. Be sure to clearly mark the package with the text "RETURN" to avoid processing delays.

EPYK Shipping Policy

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Times:

  • Standard Shipping (Spain): 2-5 business days
  • Express Shipping (Spain): 1-2 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-15 business days, depending on destination.

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over €60. For smaller orders, the rate is €5 for the Iberian Peninsula. For the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands, there is a rate that will be calculated at checkout.
  • Express Shipping: The rate is €6.50 for the Iberian Peninsula. For the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands, there is a rate that will be calculated at checkout.
  • International Shipping: Costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Large orders like pickleball nets have their own pricing.

Taxes and Duties: International customers are responsible for any taxes and duties their country may impose.

Shipment Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can monitor your package.

Shipping Issues: If your order arrives damaged or has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@epyk.com for assistance.

International Shipping: We ship to most countries. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by location.

Returns for Non-Delivery: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or missing recipient, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Please note that the cost of the second shipment will be the customer's responsibility.
